Day 6, Week 1 - 12 week Half IM training

Pretty windy but it was a cross wind which means I didn't benefit much from it but also wasn't hurt much by it either. Good ride...on nothing but Thunder Coffee...averaged 201 watts which is a pretty hard, intense ride but I never felt super tired, kept it pretty constant the whole way. Don't know if it was the fat adaptation, the cross wind, or a combination of both. Good ride. Haven't been on the Shiv since late October.


Breakfast - thunder coffee

Lunch - pan seared grass fed chuck steak (cooked in coconut oil), broccoli, cheese, walnuts

Dinner - fat smoothie, mixed raw nuts
