8x400 with 1' rest

set treadmill at 10.0 mph and let 'er rip. Probably could have gone faster on a track but this was a good, high intense workout. Listened to Vinne Tortorich podcast.

breakfast: thunder coffee

lunch: buffet at Bellagio - see Day 7 of week 1 - ate the same thing.

Dinner: ate lunch very late so there was no need for dinner.
