Day 1, Week 2 - 12 week Half IM training

Traditional Run

4.5 miles in 45 minutes. Body, Mind and Sport run on treadmill at the MGM in Vegas. Walked 5 minutes, ran 45 keeping breath rate in the 11-12 breaths per minute range, walked five minutes.


breakfast: thunder coffee (had to use starbucks coffee but brought MCT oil and organic/unsalted butter

lunch: 1/2 avocado, raw goat cheese, sardines

Dinner: 12 oz prime rib at the Golden Steer, broccoli
