Day 2, Week 5 - 12 week Half IM training never know. So running today was out of the question because Haelyn was up sick all night. I took another unplanned rest day...but that's OK. Flexibility is part of training for triathlon with kids.

Now I'm REALLY going to have to be creative and intentional about getting all 10 of my workouts in this week (and the last one from Week 4). There's still hope.


Last two days I've had green smoothies in morning and leftover vegan lasagna for dinner. Also made some oatmeal-raisin cookies out of Forks Over Knives tonight. See "recipes" tab for details.
