Power meter ran out of batteries so I just had to ride HR for this one. Low 140s first set...upper 140s next set...low 150s last set. With power it probably would have been a much tougher workout. Still dripping like crazy though.
Decided to skip my interval run which was going to be: 1 mile warmup, then 4x400, 2x800, 1x1600, 2x800, 4x400, 1x1600 with 200m walk/jog rest between each. It was raining and I'm going to end up running more than 17 miles this week which will be the most miles I'll put in so there's no point in killing myself and adding another 6 miles to that total. Have 2 sessions for tomorrow and the sprint tri Sunday.
