Interval Swim

3x 300 on 5:30 (rxd was on 4:30 but that's insanely fast)

Good swim...shared a lane or I probably would have been faster.

Total time - 27' . Total distance 1,250 yards

Menu

green smoothie post swim and while made dinner  (spinach, romaine, chard, blueberries, bell pepper, spirulina, vega protein, maca powder, carrot juice, apple juice (both juices freshly squeezed), chia seeds)

Dinner - cabbage salad, mung beans, spaghetti squash with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, cashews
