Day 7, Week 6 - 12 week Half IM training

Rest day...

Was going to do long run (10x800s) but decided to make this a bigger recovery week and do that run next week when I don't really have a scheduled long run.

Carob almonds, cashews, LARA bars, wasabi peas, steamed veggies, dried mangos...lots of calories today. Back on the wagon tomorrow....
