Took me right at 59 minutes...6 minutes faster than last year. 200s were around 3:20. 100s were all under 1:40. Good swim. YWCA in Lubbock.

green pudding (don't have my blender so I had to make a pudding in my food processor - bell pepper, berries, spinach, kale, vega protein, spirulina, maca powder - 211 calories, 15g protein).

Dinner - same as yesterday...cabbage/bok choy with almond thai dressing, carrots, okra, broccoli and hummus (the rest of the hummus from yesterday), cashews.

total calories - 2,035 with 85g protein and 113g fat today...from cashews, almond butter, avocado, tahini. Feeling good.

Finally mastered pistols, too. Did them yesterday with no assistance and did them again today. Happy about that.
