Can't believe it's already Week 4...crazy how fast it goes by.
Woke at 5:30 AM and did the 4th CF WOD from Week 3. So my Week 4 didn't technically start until 7 AM this morning. Needed to sleep yesterday instead of wake up at 5 AM.

25s were in 17, 18, and 18
50s were 40, 40, and 39
100s were 1:24, 1:25, 1:23
Total distance 900 yards. Total time 25'.
Good swim. Did at lunch at rec center.
