Day 5, Week 2 - 12 week Half IM training

Woke at 6 AM. Still pretty sore but not nearly as sore as I should be on second day after the killer I did on Wednesday - credit goes to super foods I ate yesterday. Also up a pound and a half - maybe because I didn't workout yesterday?

19' WOD - 30' total time

Was going to swim today but it was lightning...gonna have to do bike and swim tomorrow, then run and CF WOD on Sunday...or some combination of those four workouts over the course of the next two days. So much for a relaxing weekend...ha!

Menu:

post WOD - smoothie (2c green leafys, 1/2 tbsp spirulina, 1/2 tsp maca powder, 1 scoop vega protein, 1c blueberries, 2 c ice and water, spoonful chia seeds). Drank half in morning...will drink other half after swim.

Dinner - large salad, vegan pizza (pictured above)

Dessert - cashews, baked apples with homemade cashew sauce (thanks HB), 2 party burritos from Bueno WAY too late for party burritos from Bueno.
