Week 10, Day 6 - 16 week full IM training

Fell asleep early. Woke at 7

Key run
WU - 20 minutes (including 6 accelerations)
MS - 10 x 2:1 (fartlek)
CD - 2x 40 of butt kicks, high knees, skipping, then easy run to 1:05
HR averaged 145

Good run. Found a park near parents' new house. Feet/legs feeling fine so far with the shoe change. Hopefully it won't be an issue.
