Day 29, 5 week full marathon training

Race week...

Breathing Bike

yoga, resting phase, 20 minutes in listening phase -- taking HR up to 145-150 then bringing it back down to 125-130 -- resting phase, yoga (40 minute session)

Menu

green smoothie - hemp seed, chard, kale, spinach, bell pepper, vega, spirulina, maca powder, blueberries, beet, 1/2 banana, water, ice, 1/2 zucchini

had 1/2 a grapefruit before bike and 1/2 after bike

Dinner - salad with avocado dressing (see recipes tab), cauliflower mashed potatoes (see recipes tab), cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds
