Day 25, 5 week full marathon training

Session 9 (run)

Gonna stop counting "sessions".

Sun salute, resting phase, then ran 2 miles in the Listening Phase -- getting HR up to 140 then scaling it back down to 130.

Went and saw Nick Anthony at 11 -- chiropractor. Sat in cold tub today, too...


Lunch - Jason's Deli salad (raw veggies, little bit of red wine vinegar)

Dinner - cabbage salad with tahini dressing, nuts/seeds, salmon (wild caught alaskan)
