Bike and Run
Rode 20 miles in Arlington -- about 18.5 mph. Windy and some stops at intersections slowed me down.
Immediately did a 2 mile nasal breathing run with Jeff & Allison. Ran real slow. That's 20 miles running for the week. Body feels great.
