5 miles - nasal breathing run. Took about 53 minutes...kept HR in the mid 130s and would push it up for a minute or two at a time, then bring it back down. Yoga before and after.
breakfast - buttered coffee
dinner - salad with avocado/tahini dressing, sardines, 4 boiled eggs, cheddar cheese (4 oz), walnuts
Less than 30g of carbs today.
