3 miles in Lubbock. same as yesterday -- just a touch slower. Not worried about speed at all. Did 100 pushups immediately afterward.

dinner - salad with avocado/tahini dressing, cashews, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, hard-steamed egg, sardines (wild caught from Natural Grocers). Jenn was thrilled about sardines. 150+ grams of fat.
