Since I lost my Timex HR monitor, I'm having to use an cheapy one that doesn't have a light or lap splits -- hard to see in the darkness of the pre-sunrise morning. I ran on treadmill this morning. Yoga, 5 minutes of brisk walking, then 2 miles in about 20 minutes keeping HR in the mid 130s, then 5' brisk walking, and yoga.
Did 100 pushups and 100 air squats in about 6 minutes immediately afterward.
Made a salad to eat for dinner but had a wedding rehearsal dinner at Maggiano's in DFW. Had stuffed mushrooms, shrimp, potatoes, cheese, 1/2 cookie, almonds, cashews.
