Post Half Ironman week (6 weeks to full marathon)

Monday - rest

Tuesday - 30 mile easy ride on road bike

Wednesday - rest

Thursday - 20 mile easy ride on road bike and 3.8 mile run

Friday - 1,500 yard swim (3x50,100,200,100,50) and 3.8 mile run

Saturday - CMN Half Marathon in 1:29:56

Sunday - rest

Nutrition wasn't great this week. I'm heavy and need to reel it back in so I'm not 180+ for full marathon in Dallas.
