5 x pullup negatives - held first one for 1 minute, last four for 30"...super sore (abs and arms) after this one....then.....

30" AMRAP hand release pushups forward roll - 30" AMRAP burpees

30" AMRAP jumping air squats, forward roll - 30" AMRAP burpees

rest 30"

30" AMRAP medicine ball situps, forward roll - 30" AMRAP burpees

Did 80 total reps...tough.

then an assortment of dried mangos, carob almonds, cashews, wasabi peas and trail mix the rest of the day. High calorie day...bleh.
