Ran 20 miles this morning in 2:43. Sun salute before and after. Felt great. Easy run.
Swam 1,000 yards at 2:30...love getting a moderate swim in on long run days...the water fixes you.
Had a blended salad before...homemade gels and Hammer Perpeteum during run. Recovery pudding afterwards (banana, blueberries, lemon juice, hemp, flax, spinach, almonds)
Dinner was Jason's Deli salad bar.
