Day 5, Week 9 - 12 week Half IM training

Had excess calorie days last two days, but weight was still down the last two days...good sign. About four pound away from my ideal racing weight. Really sore today from CF Boom in Arlington and intense session yesterday.

Pretty happy with those weights considering I haven't done bench in a long time. Abs are killing me from C2B and 100 situps on Wednesday.

Menu

green smoothie - banana, blueberries, ice, water, spirulina, maca powder, vega protein, squash, kale, chard, spinach (Vitamix blended...such a different taste...incredible).

Dinner - cabbage salad, pinto beans, spaghetti squash with cooked mushroom/tomatoes, cashews

Snack - avocado, tomato sandwich on Ezekial bread with dijon mustard
