Feel much better today. Was able to wake up early (5:30 AM) with no problem.

Total time 25'.

Did 4 rounds even. Was thinking I could get 5 or 6 but had to do the pistols really slow. Did them in front of my medicine ball, with rear end touching med ball with each rep. Good WOD. Even low number of rounds got me pretty good.

Long Swim

4x200 with 30"

500 race pace, rest 1'

6x200 with 30"

Total time 51'. Total distance 2,600 yards. Did the 500 in 8:30.
