CFE - SR (10x 200m with 5x rest)
Did on Amarillo High track
34, 34, 32, 32, 32, 34, 33, 35, 35, 35
Don't feel as strong as I have in the past doing this WOD.

Nutrition
Post workout - almond milk, hemp protein
Breakfast - wild rice, celery/almond butter
Lunch - large salad, quinoa
Dinner - salad from Market Street in Lubbock, pumpkin seeds
Snack - almond butter/celery after workout
