veggies juice after CF WOD
dinner - large salad, cooked veggies, lentils, 2 pieces bread, frozen fruit, carob stuff (raisins, cubes, dates)
been making sure to get 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed per day. Also a handful of walnuts per day.
