This WOD without hand release pushup used to take me about 3' per interval...hand release push MUCH harder...brutal. All pull up sets were unbroken pretty easily.

Today ended up being my "cheat" day.
Menu:
4 taco casa bean burritos, nachos, sweet potato chips, almond butter, raisins...stuffed when went to bed.
