This is pretty straight forward.
Play. Enjoy yourself. Don't be negative. Don't sweat the small stuff.
Meditate. Write down things you're grateful for. Don't take anything for granted.
Stop and smell the roses.
You know, all that stuff.
I try to laugh a lot every day. I like watching shows and listening to podcasts that bring me to tears. I crave feeling to the utmost of my power. I want to love deeply, feel sadness, experience joy, be curious...all of it. I'd rather be a being of extreme emotions than a tepid pool of pond water.
